Steps away from Big Fresh Pond. Walk to the end of the cul-de-sac and Big Fresh Pond which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and kayaking. Walk to the other end of the street to the famous North Sea General Store for the best deli sandwiches in the Hamptons.  The liquor store is a 5 minute walk and North Sea Tavern is a 1 minute walk to the house.  The house is located minutes away from the Village of Southampton, Coopers Beach, Flying Point Beach, Shinnecock Golf Course and Sag Harbor.
