She has been honored as a member of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious “Society of Excellence” and is presently in the top 1% of all sales associates internationally. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Specialist and has taken extensive negotiation classes such as Negotiating with Difficult People at Harvard University and Arbitration and Mediation at Pepperdine Law School. She has also earned the designation as a Certified Short-Sale & Properties-in-Foreclosure Specialist. She is presently sharing her training experience within our local Coldwell Banker company. Mary Beth has also recently been designated as a Relocation/Affinity Agent for Coldwell Banker Worldwide, as well as designated as a Certified Architectural Specialist. In addition to her impressive sales, Mary Beth is equally committed to providing service to her community. She and her husband, Don, a Business Litigation Specialist with Hennigan, Bennett and Dorman, have taken an active interest in their children’s schools: St. Martin of Tours, Loyola High School, Marlborough High School, Marymount High School, Corpus Christi, St. Paul the Apostle, and Oaks Christian School as well as Georgetown University, Loyola Marymount University, University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, Marquette University Law School, University of Colorado Boulder’s School of Education, UCLA School of Law and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. They have served as board members for a number of these schools including Verbum Dei. In addition, Mary Beth is a National Charity League volunteer and a board member of the Juniors of the Social Service and St. Joseph Center and she chaired the building of the Jon Douglas house in Watts for Habitat for Humanity in 1994.
