I want to thank you and your team for your truly heroic efforts on our behalf these last few weeks. You cannot imagine how much moving into our new place has meant to the girls and me. If you could have seen the happiness in my daughter's eyes the first (and to date the only) night we spend at "335", albeit devoid of furniture, you would feel satisfaction for a job well done. We have peace.

Now that we're finally done with escrows and moving vans and all that jazz, we want to take a minute to tell you how much we appreciate all you did for our family - and you did a lot!

To begin with, you sold our house at a price that both sides thought was fair, and you kept everyone calm and well-mannered throughout the inevitable snags that occur in an escrow process. Then you moved us into a swell rental home and negotiated the terms of that deal for us. And THEN you found us our new home and we beat out 4 other buyers because of your amazing negotiating skills.

Mary Beth, you are a magnificent blend of professional expertise and personal touch. You're guided by a strong ethic of fairness, and this enables you to be refreshingly clear and direct in your communication of any issues that are on the table. We always felt you had our best interests at heart during all three of these deals.
